"I have twin 5 year olds. I took them for their first visit with a dentist separately, i took my son first and when I went back with him they explained nothing to him, and simply brushed his teeth with a regular toothbrush. I could’ve done it myself. I then took my daughter who has heart issues, we waited for over an hour in the waiting room, I was then told that I was not allowed to go back with her, I said absolutely not and then they started refusing to “clean” her teeth because of her heart condition, that they knew about when I scheduled her appointment and said they would need a note from her heart dr saying they were allowed to clean her teeth. We left and said we would never return and for them to not call us to schedule any other appointments."
"Youth Dentistry is a very professional dentist office, super helpful to take an emergency appointment for a broken tooth and to find a solution in doing a crown. Highly meticulous and great quality of work. Very reassuring by giving clear and detailed explaination. Strongly recommended especially for the youth. Thank you for the overtime, hard work, and dedication. Dr.Smith did a phenomenal job on my daughter mouth. She was very child friendly and made my daughter relax during her appointment . Baby girl Charm walked out of that office happy as ever! She said, “mommy the dentist fixed my tooth!”All smiles over here! I strongly recommend this location. Great Work!!! "Friendly and thorough. However.. the wait time is a little ridiculous. We've been here for 2 hours. I hope this won't be a regular thing. I had to find my son a new dentist because his previous dentist stopped taking Medicaid."
