The doctor who assessed my daughter for her hearing test was very kind and patient. She explained everything she was doing until the end."

"My daughter has had a number of surgeries in her four years. I cannot praise this location enough. The set up is wonderful. There are rooms around a group play area where the children are able to have fun and forget to be scared. But more importantly, the nurses and support staff are unparalleled. Yes, they are very skilled, but it goes beyond that and into true caring and compassion for the patients and parents. This is also the only place we have been where parents are allowed into the OR until the patients fall asleep. This makes a huge difference in experience. You are by your child’s side until he or she is asleep. You can provide comfort and support. Your child doesn’t feel that someone has taken her/him away from loving parents and into a scary foreign world. I cannot heap enough praise on this location."
"The staff at this facility went above and beyond, to make my family comfortable when my son had surgery. We were obviously more nervous than my son, but they were soooo amazingly sweet, and very informative. I cannot remember all the nurses names, but a few were Judy, Dr. Singer, Amy, Elizabeth, and of course Dr. Matthew Santore. We are so grateful for you all."
