The Georgia Visitor Information Center in Columbus, located at 1751 Williams Road, is a travel agency that provides information and assistance to visitors exploring the state of Georgia. The center is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. The restroom facilities at the center are also open daily and are regularly cleaned and maintained to ensure the highest standards of health and hygiene. In addition to the Columbus location, there are several other Georgia Visitor Information Centers throughout the state, including Augusta, Lavonia, Port Wentworth (Savannah), Ringgold, St. Marys, Tallapoosa, Valdosta, and West Point. These centers offer a wealth of information about local attractions, events, and travel tips to help visitors make the most of their trip to Georgia.
