"I recently moved out of state, & was so sad to leave Dr. Sanders. He was the only doctor I’ve ever had who took so much time with me during my visits. No matter what I saw him for, he always made me feel comfortable with any diagnostics and/or treatment decisions. I feel that he really wanted to understand my history, which is complex. I had a recently diagnosed (prior to starting to see him) unusual condition, & I appreciated that he was humble enough to admit that there was probably a specialist who could help me more than he could…& right away he let me know options. Not only was he sensitive to locations & what my travel time might be, he also reminded me to check with my insurance as well as well as asking for cash pricing with specialists (since sometimes it’s more reasonable to do that). Whether it’s on the phone or in person, I adore Chelsea! She is the perfect combination of professionalism and warmth. From my perspective, she ran everything in the clinic, front to back, so seamlessly…busy, but never appearing frazzled, & always taking the time to ask me how I was doing. She genuinely cares about patients, & clearly loves what she does there. Plus we always chatted about life in general…& shoe sales. Lol I encourage anyone interested in learning about DPC to go visit. It was my first experience with it, & I feel so blessed for it. There’s no pressure, & you’ll leave feeling listened to & cared for. I will truly miss the practice & wish everyone there the best!"

"I needed just a physical and called ahead to find out the cost and when i got to the office they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about and said they only offer membership visits and said they don't take checks and that I would have to schedule another appointment for something when that was one of the original reasons I made the appointment. When Lisa finally came back to the room she had an attitude and was blaming me for the miscommunication. I ended the appointment because I couldn't tell her anything with how uncomfortable she had made me. She argued back and forth with me about my appointment time and stormed up front to try to get the other nurse to side with her. I don't know if she's experiencing pregnancy hormones and taking it out on other people or what but that was the worst doctors visit I've had to date. I left after an hour of wasting my time."

They are both incredibly friendly and welcoming, always taking the time to listen to my concerns and address any questions I have. "I've been a patient of Dr. Sanders since 2019. He's an amazing doctor. He gives you treatments that are needed and he's someone that cares. He's way cheaper than having insurance and gives you 1on1 care. You can call and text him whenever and he tries his best to help you. I have nothing but great things to say. The nurses Allie and Chelsea are amazing as well and they do a fantastic job. Great environment. I brought in 3 more additional patients to join and they are happy with how they are treated there."
