"Ordered a deep freezer online. Picked up at the store. Using the app made it so easy! Let them know I was at the store, then updated that I was in line. Only waited about three minutes, and my freezer was out the door and loaded in the vehicle for me. 5 stars, without question!"

"This was the only location that had the phone I wanted. I went in and went to the front counter for pickup and was told to go to the mobile counter for assistance. A guy there immediately asked if I needed help. I told him I was there to pick up a phone and do a trade. I asked about screen protectors and he said they didn't show any in stock but still looked around and even checked some totes of incoming stock. It was really appreciated that he took a couple of minutes to try. Nice job!"
"Lot of incompetent people working here. They show on website that a product is available on open box. You place an order and then later you get an email that the product is not available. It happened twice. Finally, I got the order ready message on third attempt ( tried a week after previous failed attempts)). I was all excited that I was getting a good product for discount in excellent condition and went to the store. They gave me the product with a big dent. And then lot of missing accessories and some even wrong items. I even asked the check out person and they said it should be correct. I had to google myself to point out that they were wrong products... I think people really need luck to find reliable open box products at best buy. Very disappointing. Such a waste of time...dont trust best buy anymore.."
