"Do not drop your laptop here!!!! Dropped off Saturday and was told it would be ready Wednesday. I called Wednesday because I hadn’t heard any updates and the online tracker was not available. No one called me back Wednesday-Friday. Picking up laptop to go to another location because of the unprofessional and apparently no one has been assigned to work on it!!"

"I had an appointment at this BestBuy geek squad and I showed up 10 minutes early just in case. I received no greeting and there was no where to check in for my appointment. When I got there a customer was already being helped and it seemed like only one person was working up front. I waited until about 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment to ask the worker if I could just leave my Mac so they can check it out. The worker said that I had to wait until they were done with the customer they were currently helping and then she would look at my laptop. A few minutes later she asked what was wrong with my Mac and after I told her the key fell out she said they do not do those kind of services here. It was a waste of an appointment, my time, and a trip."

"I really wanted to like this geek squad, but ultimately I was let down. 2 people work the desk and lines frequently form and long wait times ensue. The staff I believe are overwhelmed and come across as disorganized and unprofessional. My somewhat minor laptop issue was fixed without a problem. However my $65 laptop charger "went missing", even with my name on the charger. I was given a "suitable substitute" and pushed to actually get the correct charger my laptop came with. Finally 2 days later I was given a new charger. Our computers are very sensitive devices with a lot of personal information and can be integral to a job. For a Geek Squad in a best buy to be bad is very worrisome. You don't want to leave your precious laptop with a disorganized Geek Squad repair. I don't think I would come back here."

"Wanna have a very bad experience? Visit these guys with a hard drive problem. Most (not all) of them think it is their job to make you feel worse. Data recovery service is located far...far...far away and the price they will try to charge you?...clearly bloated. The turn around? ...whenever... 4-6 weeks. Anti-customer, in-store geek squad from hell at this location...the remote phone geek squad is better. I only have huge problems when i go into the store for help from geek squad. ...i took my hard drive to Blizzard Recovery and now i am relaxed."
