"The staff is very friendly. They are working efficiently, yet having a good time. My family and I stopped to dine-in and it was lovely to hear them laughing and see them smiling. The service was great and the product was delish! Thank you and Merry Christmas!"

"I am absolutely appalled by what I witnessed today. It’s Saturday December 9th 2023. I was in the dining room around 2:00P.M. Two young girls came in as several employees dressed in uniform were leaving. There was an incident with two employees, a young lady and a young man. The young man and another young lady in uniform then left, leaving the two young ladies who came in around 2:00P.M. by themselves. I asked one of the young ladies who that young man was and where the manager was. She was hesitant to tell me anything. She would not give out names just that he was “a first shift employee” So, I asked again for the store manager. She hesitated again but then said her name is Marianna and that she just left with the young man. I asked why the manager would let that young man get away with his behavior. She said she didn’t know. I asked her who the young man was again because I wanted to leave a complaint. She didn’t want to give out details on minors as it’s against the rules, apparently. She told me she was the assistant manager and she could write down my complaint or refund my order and she apologized. I’m absolutely appalled that the store manager stood in the dining room while this incident occurred and did nothing to step in. What kind of manager is that? So I’m completing this review with: this Dunkin Donuts needs a new store manager and that young man shouldn’t have a job if he speaks to his management that why. Do better. Especially in front of your PAYING GUESTS."

"Just stopped by for a coffee tonight around 10:30. I ordered a large toasted almond with cream, something I order almost daily during the work week at a different location. The worker at the drive thru tried to convince me there wasn’t any sugar in my coffee and said he was 26 years old and knew how to read. Seriously? I just wanted a good cup of coffee, prepared the way I asked. I won’t be retuning to this location during the night shift. Not in the mood to argue with rude staff. The worker could barely keep his eyes open too."

"This store was short staffed and also training a first-day employee. Drive thru was backed up so I went inside and ordered at the kiosk. In short my order was never prepared and I spent 30 minutes waiting, complaining, then waiting more before my order was made. When I got home found the egg on both sandwiches was cold. Staff is not trained in customer service nor how to deal with adversity. A simple announcement of what was slowing them down could have been made to the crowd gathered in the store. Apparently this simple skill is lost on the folks responsible for training. Sadly, this seems to be the norm these days. Simply engaging with the customers in front of you shows a level of understanding and sympathy that goes a long way. Frankly, I don't think many care anymore."
