"Ownership has changed. My daughters and I had been coming to this location for 13 years. At one point I moved 40 miles away and still came to this location every 2 weeks. The staff were amazing it felt like family. With this new ownership, it is not the same anymore .. they are very much about the dollar and it no longer has that family, welcoming feel. The staff is not friendly and unbeknownst to them, while my daughter and I were getting our nails done, they were talking about us in their language. I know this because I felt like they may have been talking about us, so I put on Google translate and I was able to understand everything they were saying. They didn't like me and stated they didn't need customers like "us". This place is not the same and I have found another place to go. ****Edit*** I appreciate your response however you said nothing in regard to what I stated about understanding the conversation that was had that day. As an adult, I am clearly aware that change can be impactful either good or bad. Again no response was given to the statement I made about understanding what was being spoken that day. I'm glad you have had other clients that have given you a five-star rating. So I am glad that they had a five-star experience as my daughter and I did not, and as a result we have found another place to go to and will be loyal customers to them."

"Looks like the ownership changed Wasn’t impressed with the work done .my nails sort of have small bubbles or like dust particles and one of the nail isn’t done properly as well I used to go there a lot and for same services they charged me 8$ more (I know what I used to pay for same thing ) and the services used to better Not sure ,even if they increased the price ,the books aren’t updated and they should be informing folks May be once in a while bad experience but its time to try other places Response to the owner : Thank you so much for responding The nails did peel Off within 4 days of application on its own . Also I believe there were some offers going on as well which was not communicated as well . No worries , I am glad that you changed the product .thank you !!"

"Went to State Bridge Nail Bar for the first time last week, and received the best manicure I've ever had, thanks for Faith. My nails aren't the best and my cuticles are always bad, and I appreciated the excellent care taken and the perfect result. Will be coming back for a weekly manicure for sure, as well as a pedicure on one of their beautiful and inviting pedicure chairs. Highly recommended."

"I just want to say every time I come in with a picture idea they completely nail it. Van and Mimi are both absolutely amazing and so sweet. Mimi overheard that I had a babysitter and in peak hours during a busy shift stopped what she was doing to take care of my nails. She did a great job. I will only use this place for my nails!"
