"I brought my daughter here to get her ears pierced, and that experience was great; however, when we returned to buy solution I was asked if I wanted to use my 20% off coupon that came with my ear piercing. I told the clerk I never received it. She picked one up and showed it to me. I thanked her. I asked how long I would be able to use it, and she said "six months." When I got home and looked at the receipt I saw that I was charged regular price, and she didn't even put the 20% off card in my bag. Wow..."
"The young lady who pierced my ear was very polite and knowledgeable. Her name was Kaitlin. She explained in detail how to take care of my ear piercing and helped me pick out the right earring for me. There were several people in the store when I came in and I expected to wait a long time to get my ear pierced, but the two ladies handled the customers very well together. I definitely would recommend going to this store."
