"Had an unexpected bad battery- quickly drove it over to AutoZone and the staff was very helpful. Did a battery test and then replaced my battery with a new one. In and out within 15 minutes. John and Johanna were very professional and helpful. Also had another case on our other vehicle where I thought I had a bad battery. The store manager scanned battery and said it was good. We ended up having something in the software draining the battery in the background. I appreciate their honesty!"
"My car unexpectedly doesn't start yesterday, and throughout the day, I have to jump it twice. When I walk in to AutoZone, I am met with eager and prompt service. Shawn tells me I don't need a new battery since my battery reads at 100% but she decides to clean my battery anyway. Going the extra mile, she even removes the screws and cleans up under them. In doing this, she notices that one of the screws is loose! She then hypothesizes that this is the reason why my car is not cranking up properly. This, to me, deserves unwavering recognition. Not only is she able to diagnose the problem with ease, but also it is free of charge! I left happy with my car sounding great. Thanks Shawn!"

He was very experienced and confident, so I went ahead with his help and purchased two more items. A great store and associate!"
