"I do not mind checking out my own items, but when you have all the lanes close. Except for the self check, there is a problem! Is it because of lack of employees sh That have showed up for work that day. Are the lack of the employers providing a schedule that has staff? These employees cannot get paid enough fighting with customers who are trying to walk out without paying items under the cart. I salute you Walmart employees !"
"I was at this, Walmart, and the customer service was great. I had trouble finding what I was looking for. The employees were so helpful. The store was well organized and clean. The bathroom was clean. And the store wasn’t crowded. I actually found everything I needed. I recommend this Walmart to anyone."
"That’s it ! The customer service at Walmart has hit rock bottom. From being harassed at the door for your receipt to managers having the ability to override company policies because they feel like it. I purchased 8 magazines on 9/8 for an event that was cancelled. I’m out of town for work often and went to return the magazines on 9/14 and was denied because the manager said magazines have to be returned within 24hours. Although customer service said magazines can be returned up to 30 day?!. I never even took the magazines out the bag until I tried to return them . As you can see they are new. The manager didn’t even inspect them she just denied my return ?! It’s no wonder they are closing stores and closing earlier. Why would I put up with this when I can spend my money with companies who value me and my $$"
"This was my first time here at this Walmart. It was fully stocked and super clean. The bathroom was clean and smelling fresh. The staff and customer service were excellent. Too bad this Walmart isn't closer to me because I would come here all the time."
