"My husband and I went to the Lids store in the Stonecrest Mall at 3:35 pm the two kids in the store said they were going to lunch for an hour. We waited for them to return at 5 pm. I thought they were opening the store when the young lady said she had to put the trash out and that she wasn’t supposed to be there. In the meantime the young man in the store never said anything. I asked when the store would be open or what time the store closes and all she could say she wasn’t supposed to be there and walked away to get the trash from the store and closed the gate. I know there is a shortage of workers, but these two need more training in customer service"
"If my son and I walk into the store, with two employees on the floor and no other customers in the store, and nobody say "welcome in", "how can I help you", or a simple "hello" in the first 60 seconds of me walking in (again, two employees and we're the only customers there) then you don't value my business. The only good thing that came out of this yesterday was that I was able to teach my son the importance of good customer service; which Lids at Stonecrest seems to be deficient in."
"Went to lids to purchase a cap. Machine was down. For that reason, they only accepted cash and had “no coins” to give back change to the customers. Us customers had to round “UP” to purchase a $43.19 cap. If I wanted my cap, I had to pay $44.00, not a courtesy $43.00 smh"
"Love this location! The young lady ended up saving me just over $100 by letting me know about the points that I had accumulated and my total was less than $50 for all of these lovely kids. Lids is my spot!"
"Good selection of both youth and adult fitted and snapback sports hats. Just don't go here looking for customer service because you won't receive it. Most of the associates are either in bad mood or are not very knowledgeable of the products they sale."
