"Mall closes at 8pm, I show up to a closed gate at 7:45 & an employee says (from the register) "We're closed, you can come back tmrw at 11". Meanwhile every other store in the mall is open until 8pm sharp. This is unprofessional. If they close at 7:30-7:45, why not change it online so people don't waste time or gas? I wasn't even shopping, just making a quick return smh. Do better."

"First time in Jimmy Jazz in Shorecrest mall. Worst service ever. I had to ask 3 people for the same shoe, until found one myself and tried it on. The sneaker was on sale but because one said a higher price, they refused to give me the shoe for sale price. I'm from NY, never had this problem in Jimmy Jazz in Queens. I will never shop here again."
