"A great place to stay! Wonderful staff in the leasing office. The amenities are great. The maintenance crew is on point. It never takes long to get service. Other than sound from neighbors, it’s the perfect place to stay. Not far from downtown and a very safe area."
"I just had to leave a review! I walked in inquiring about a new place, but didn’t have time for a full tour. From the moment I got out of my car, every single person was super nice, even the maintenance staff I ran into. Kortney was funny and such a sweetheart. I hope I get to talk to her again when I come back. And I’ll definitely be back!"
"Poor sound proofing!!! You can hear your neighbors and they can hear you. Communication from the leasing team is ok as far as quality, but they keep tacking the insurance back onto my rent despite turning in the proper paperwork multiple times. Haven’t made an issue of it because I’d rather just cancel my policy and not deal with them. But, check your invoices. Amenities are nice, but always overcrowded and overrun by kids or unsanctioned gatherings. Edit after response: I appreciate the reply. But, I have the email receipts to prove that you do not reach out in advance. Take care. Best wishes!"

"Conveniently located only a few minutes away from GA400 makes getting to and from this property/community easy. The staff here is amazing. Management and leasing staff, Kelly, Amber and Sarah, are very caring, friendly and welcoming. Jorge and the maintenance team are very assertive. Always going above and beyond. The grounds and common areas are well kept. The residents here are great, the upgrades (both interior and exterior) are great, the location is great, the staff is great. If you are seeking a peaceful, clean, tranquil community with beautiful upgrades and a wonderful staff to live, this is the place."
