"Business trip. Stayed 4 nights. Really nice place. All the staff was friendly. The area feels safe and friendly as well. Good breakfast and good options. Will Def stay here the next time I am in Alpharetta. The outdoor lounge is really amazing. Was a little cooler when we stayed so didn't use it much."

"Over booked the class of room I paid for in advance. Sent email day prior that I had been upgraded for free. The hotel does not have any higher grade rooms than the suite I paid for. Essentially lied to me the room I was getting was an upgrade when in fact it was a lower priced room. Could not get personnel on duty to even credit me with the difference in cost. Really upset about being lied to by Hilton on the supposed upgrade."
"The rooms were decent. The water pressure in the shower needed to be stronger. It took a while to rinse off because of this issue. London at the front desk was amazing. He was personable, kind & welcoming. I stayed for one night, and he was there when I checked in for the evening. To my surprise, he was there the next morning when I checked out. When I commented, I was surprised he was working he smiled big and said he pretty much lives there. He really made my stay pleasant."
"London and the other staff are to be highly-praised for a very pleasant experience. I received exceptional customer service from even before I arrived. The hotel is very clean, from the beds to the bathroom. My room was quiet, I was able to rest well, and I couldn't ask for more for the price. I thoroughly recommend this location for an affordable, worry-free stay while visiting the city."
