"I had a 3 night stay recently for our company’s national sales meeting. My perfume was stolen from my room the only day that I had maid service. I spoke with Chris, house keeping manager, who said that I was lying since nothing has ever been stolen in 3 years. This is far from professional service. If you are a guest at this hotel, leave nothing in your room which can walk off."

"Let me start by saying we are a Marriott Platinum level. We have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and had zero issues. Apparently new ownership took over recently and wow what a change from past stays. This was the worst stay I’ve had at a Marriott brand hotel in many years. First, we waited outside in freezing temps for 15 minutes for a valet. Then there were no luggage carts. My daughter and I drag our stuff to the side door because the front doors are not in operation. Inside is chaos. People are everywhere waiting on rooms. We stand in a check in line for 20 minutes then head to the elevators - for another 20 minute wait because only 1 of 3 elevators is operational. We get to our room and it’s not what we requested. At this point we don’t care because we refuse to deal with this lobby situation again. All weekend we have one operational elevator, lines to get on, a lobby that was packed like sardines, valets that were seemingly impossible to find, and a front desk staff that was apathetic at best. Stay elsewhere until this place figures out what they are doing."

"This was one of the nicest hotel I have stayed at. I do a lot of traveling and I stay at 4 and 5 star hotels, but this one was definitely 1st rate. Excellent customer service at the front desk.(which is hard to find these days) room were immaculate, quiet, valet was great and this hotel was located in a good location, great access to everything. This was a weekend getaway for my husband birthday. We were very pleased. Thank you for excellent hospitality."

"Great place to stay! The lobby, bar, and restaurant were lively and clean. Staff was great any time we needed to call for the car or request extra towels, and the valet service always made sure the car was available within minutes of calling down. If I had one critique, and it is a very small one, there isn't a lot of signage that points to the location of the hotel."
