"Current lobby staff were not good employees . The lobby staff harassed me when I was waiting on a friend to give me their room number. Wasn’t doing anything or hurting anyone.Telling me I can’t be anywhere but the lobby area. They ask questions like “what room number am I going to”. Then told me if I stayed any longer I had to leave . Thankfully my friend gave me the room number in time. That shut them up real quick. Beware of your not white , your presence alone will threaten them."

"Over exaggerated information regarding the room. Pictures of the rooms for this suite are photo shop to look like a quality hotel. This establishment is not a hotel, but a motel. Reminds me of an un-updated Motel 6. * dusty room floor (can feel sand & dirt on floor) * there is a musty & smoke smell that is mask the hotel's fragrance smell. (kick my allergy into overdrive) * room is very nosy. Outside noise can be heard as if the window is open even when it is close. Noise in the hall way can be heard as if there is no door. * shower head is unclean (sign of rust and hard water) * towel rack is rusty. * anything metalic like are old and rusty * closet dusty * iron has what looks like black plastic burned and harden on ironing surface * Hair dryer is old, rusty, and dirty * paint near shower are peeling off * dusty heater air vent Don't stay: 1) if you want a good night sleep 2) if you are looking for a peace and quiet place 3) if you want a comfortable rest & ability to breathe easily in your room. 4) if you have any allergy"

"The first stay I used my free one night stay. The room was beautiful ,clean and I really enjoyed my night there. I decided to stay because my daughter and I were sleeping in my car. I received help from two local nonprofit agencies to help us stay for a week I was told that we had to change rooms the new room was on the first floor. It immediately felt like it was a downgrade. Room not as nice, holes in the walls seen a cockroach and it just didn't feel like the first room. I work near by so the convenience was great but one day coming back from work I noticed that housekeeping had been there. They removed all of the towels from my room even the ones that I brought with me. EVERY LAST ONE!! THEY DIDN'T SUPPLY NEW ONES. THEY NEVER RESTOCKED COFFEE OR TOILET PAPER. NOW I FEEL LIKE I'M BEING TREATED LIKE I'M NOT VALUED THERE. I had reserved my room again for another couple of days. I tried paying before check out and learned that they authorized a $86 dollar charge which I never knew about agreed to or had no understanding of why. Front desk told me that I would have to wait and speak with the manager which would be after 12 pm I have a feeling that they are trying to pull a fast one and take advantage of me. This hotel has a horrible respect for people and their sense of personal privacy going through our things and taking towels that I had from previous hotels stays is none of their business. I keep my room clean I don't use drugs and now I feel like they have abused my personal self respect. WOW NEEDLESS TO SAY I WON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!"

"Okay safe hotel. Pretty average. Rooms were spacious and I liked the wood views but the sofa was dirty so we had to iron it to sanitize it. Mini fridge was okay. The lobby is beautiful when sunlight comes through. Breakfast was standard. DIY waffles, eggs, meats, cereal, bread, coffee and juices. There is a gym. I used the treadmill and it kept skipping. So I used nothing else. The pool was dirty. Didn't touch it."

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel valued as a guest. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room, from the comfortable bed and plush pillows to the well-appointed bathroom. The hotel's amenities were also outstanding. I took full advantage of the fitness center and swimming pool during my stay, and each exceeded my expectations. The attention to cleanliness and safety in these areas was very reassuring. The staff anticipated my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I required for a comfortable stay. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or simply offering a friendly chat, they were always there with a smile. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Clarion for making my stay so memorable. This hotel is a true gem, and I cannot wait to return."
