"The service is unmatched. I travel to this hotel once a month for business. Each time I am greeted with a warm smile. They have been able to accommodate my early check-ins. I have interacted with several employees and all of them have been more than professional. Gene, Nellie, Arlicia and Navel. Based on the service I keep coming back."

"The shower temperature was barely warm. Service staff was nice, mini fridge in room wasn't working they said they would have it changed out but it never was. Lots of places to eat or shop in the area."

"Update: The location/General manager denied the request 3 times to give me my refund for my night I was not allowed to use. What sense does a lame response of letting the same management know of my review. He knows what he did. I want the owner of this franchise to know what type people he has in charge of his investment! Update end.My experience was great until I wanted to stay an extra day because the place was so nice. I paid for an extra night and it was applied to the wrong day which I understand mistakes happen but when I went to call the front desk the attendant said she would apply it to extend my stay. I called the front desk the next morning only for Gene to tell me that I couldn’t and that was against policy. I couldn’t get a refund either for my payment. I then asked to speak to the manager Naval and he was rude and condescending to say the least. I explained what happened and he said that he can modify reservations and that I would not be getting a refund. There were several attempts by Expedia to get him to value customer service and allow me to use the day I already paid for but didn’t use and he would not. I wanted to book with them in the future but because I paid for a service that I did not receive or get reimbursed I will never set foot in this hotel again. I will let my friends and followers know of his attitude and guest service."

"For a budget hotel, it's a steal. Comfortable beds. Pleasant staff. Adequate parking, And a lovely hotel foyer. It's so impressive it kinda steals the shine from the rooms, howbeit the 15th floor views are amazing. What I wish could be improved is the bath and toilet. A bit dated. And the fact that you don't get complimentary water in your room is appalling. Although I did have so much fun in the adjacent bar, downstairs. Pleasant hostess. I recommend the local beer."

"Would I recommend staying here? Yeah, absolutely. Everything was fine. My room was perfectly clean. Everything worked. The water was good and hot. Even the mini-fridge worked a little too-well. Great location. Plenty of stuff very close to the hotel. Check out the Korean BBQ/Hot pot joint nearby. Shout out to Barbara at the in-house restaurant. They were under staffed and she was great. They had one of the best rebuen sandwiches I've ever had, and that's really impressive. Would totally stay again given the chance."
