"Left my luggage in the room the man at the front desk first tried to charge me $15 for there supposedly being “smoke” in the room then when I called customer service to have them speak to him about returning my luggage with my child’s inhaler in it before catching a flight he then brought the price up to $100, he simply could have returned the luggage and charged the $15 to the card on file to begin with instead made us late for a flight , secondly the whole hotel smells moldy!!! As soon as you walk out of the elevator your running to make it to your room so you won’t throw up, the beds and pillow were stained yellow, never returning here again."

"Everything about this hotel is bad. When I drove up there were several people standing around outside smoking and lingering. There was a car in the parking lot with oils for sale. The front desk representative was very sweet and friendly. After checking in I proceeded to my room, but getting through the strong smell of marijuana was very unpleasant. That's when things went all the way down hill. The elevator seemed to struggle. My room was dated and dirty. While doing my wipe down went through several Clorox wipes. The floor was so gross I had to use pine sol and hot water. I discovered my sheets were stained, but when I asked for a clean set I was told they only had 1 sheet. If you stay on the back of the hotel you will hear the traffic of I-85 all day and night. I hate I booked this room as non-refundable. Stay at your own risk!"

"Decently priced about $75/night. Great area close to many restaurants. Room is decent but bathroom is a little outdated. Mini fridge, iron, old television set and desk in a double queen bed room. There were other guests in the building that had dogs in the hotel and they were barking constantly all night. Called the front desk and was told they can’t do anything about it and “it’s America so what you can do is call the police” which is shocking and unprofessional. The appropriate way to go about this is to walk the hallways, find which room the dogs are in and speak with the owners."

"On the bright side, the beds were very comfortable and we didn't see any bugs. However, there was dirt on the floor of the room and the bathroom, as if someone had kicked off muddy boots in the corner and it hadn't been vacuumed afterward. Other guests were shouting, playing loud music and making noise in the hallway until late at night and starting early in the morning. The public spaces - hallway and elevator - smelled of weed the whole time we were there. All in all, not a great place to stay if you're hoping for a decent night's sleep."

"When we first arrived, we were agreed with a super friendly concierge. They got us our room for a family of four, and we were off. But, when we got to the room, we realized that they had given us a king size mattress, when we had made reservations for a, queen and pullout couch for our kids. We spoke with concierge and they were kind enough to apologize and get us a room with two queen size beds. We definitely did get some great sleep as the beds were nice and comfy. The overall aesthetic of the room was consistent until you get to the bathroom. The bathrooms were reminiscence of the older hotel that was there prior. Chipped paint, doors weren’t fully painted, water faucet to the shower had slight soap scum buildup etc. didn’t bother me too much, but some slight renovations to the bathroom should be done. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience! To the hotel staff, keep doing a fantastic job. A lot of us travelers truly appreciate it!"
