"So far been here 3 months and it has been fantastic. I.have put in maintenance request and they are super quick.to respond faster tham.any other apartment I have staid. The leasing office is super friendly and always willing to answer any questions. The area is super alove and you can walk around without any issues. Its a very nice place to.stay."

"I did like these Apartments at first but now I'm just very annoyed. I've been here 2 years now, and these people complain about any and everything. They shut the water off frequently without notice and bugs are everywhere and our stairs and walkways are filthy. Dogs bark all night long. But they complain about noise. Never mind the roaches and spider webs and dog poop and everything else that goes on. Please don't work at night, they want every resident to be home and in bed by 11 pm. If you work overnight and have to actually live and move in your apartment, your neighbors will complain. You walk hard on the thin floors they complain. You wake up and use the bathroom to flush your toilet THEY COMPLAIN. You cannot even live in your own apartment regularly because these neighbors think everybody goes to bed and work and wake at the same time. As high as this rent is its impossible to get a break, the way these rent office people stay on you, you would think you were in REAL LUXURY apartments. NEWS FLASH: To all neighbors, everybody do not go to bed at same time, PEOPLE DO WORK OVERNIGHT. THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN YOU HEAR EVERYTHING. STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT REGULAR APARTMENT LIVING ITS ANNOYING ‼️. Dogs bark all day and night, soon as you walk they calling the rentoffice. And the rent office make the other residents uncomfortable if 1 person call just because they do not like the neighbor, they will still put a note on your door and threaten to put you out for living in your own apartment. Will not be renewing lease this is very ridiculous to keep having the rent office sent notes, warnings and threats for living. We pay tooooo much money, and me and my family are always respectful to our neighbors, but people do work at night, and I'm not going to tiptoe around my home, long as I'm not making any major noise, we have to live too. The rent office and annoying neighbors turned a good experience bad from all the complaints. It's too much and they take their word for it it's appalling"

"I just moved here and I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the amenities on this property. Before I moved here, I was so excited to take my toddler to the playground to play; however once I arrived on the playground I was DISGUSTED. I feel like if I was to touch anything I would get an immediate bacterial or viral infection. MAA should be ashamed of themselves for having this playground in this condition. Before I could leave the playground, my toddler snuck a piece of trash into his mouth. The surrounding grass is covered in ant hills. The wood chips need to be replaced. My toddler and I were also covered in mosquito bites despite putting on bug spray. The tennis court net is also filthy. The bridge near the lake is just as dirty as the playground and tennis court. I asked a neighbor when the last time the park was cleaned and he replied "They never clean the playground." Overall, I love my apartment; however, I would not consider it to be luxury. It did not come with a microwave or ceiling fans but it was clean upon move in. I also love how spacious it is. The leasing agents were friendly and the move in process was easy and seamless. POWER WASH THIS PLAYGROUND!! MAA THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! UPDATE: I am updating my review to say the playground was finally cleaned. The wood chips still need to be replaced however the kids in the neighborhood don't seem to mind. I am grateful that MAA was quick to clean the playground! I am happy to be a resident here. UPDATE APRIL 2022 The wood chips have finally been replaced at the playground. Overall the management has been doing an excellent job keeping the neighborhood clean. Maintenance arrives quickly whenever I need something fixed in my apartment. I enjoy being a resident here."
