"My cleaner was great. I was a little surprised that they sent only one person for 3 beds, 2.5 bath home. The website wouldn’t load all the details of what was included so I had to email. No one responded. I then had to call where the gentleman proceeded to be abrasive and have an attitude. It’s unfortunate because the cleaning was good and thorough, but responsiveness and customer service were lacking. I likely won’t use again because of this."
