"Thank you for your response. The gentleman in the house has no bearing regarding the quality of services rendered. He was not the paying customer and his job was just to give you access to the home. If you we cognizant of the fact that you did not have enough time to finish the job, you should have not started. You should have communicated this instead of doing a shoddy job. I have attached the receipt of the so called discounts. In short, the baseboards, doors, fridge, cabinets, windows and blinds were not cleaned. A refund of at least 50% is warranted as expressed in the email I sent to your business on the 23rd that has been ignored."
