"I got a fridge and washer. I very excited until they started leaking. Messing up my paint on the wall and almost my hard wood floors, but within a week the fridge was replaced. The washer hose was replaced a few months back but now it's leaking a lot more seems to be from the bottom. I called them they were closed today. I will call again tomorrow. I'm trying not to say you get what you pay for. But it has a warranty so let's see. Update the washer I broken again it won’t spin. Just buy you something new it will save you time and hassle. They Cisneros me 50 knowing they couldn't fix it and I refuse to buy another from them."

"If I could rate this business 0 out of 0 I would. We purchased a product from this company and it has not worked properly since it was delivered. They then sent someone out to fix it and it has yet to work. We requested a refund but we’re told there is a no refund policy however the product is within warranty for 6 months. After two visits and attempts to be repaid we still do not have a functioning refrigerator. The staff is rude and do not answer calls. They will avoid you and keep giving the run around. I do not recommend this company to anyone."

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I've been dealing with this company and the SAME ISSUES for the past few months. I bought a washer and dryer and a dining room table... The washer and dryer didn't work so they replaced the dryer and that dryer didn't work to great... And after MONTHS of complaining that the washing machine didn't spin they finally brought another one and the agitator doesn't work and it's full of black mold... Smh Highly Disappointed. They also don't answer the phone and have terrible attitudes when I walk in to let them know about the issues..."

"Do not buy from this business, spend a little extra and save a lot of headache. We paid cash for a washer/dryer which supposedly included delivery and 6 month warranty. We scheduled delivery for a Monday. They didn’t show up. They did call later to explain they shouldn’t have scheduled delivery on a holiday. Completely understandable. But, then they didn’t show up Tuesday or Wednesday or any other day that week. After multiple calls we finally got the set delivered only to find the dryer was broken. The delivery man took it back with him and promised he would deliver it, fixed, the following Tuesday. He never showed up. Many more calls to finally lead to us showing up at the store only to find the dryer was still broken. We were then offered a different dryer, plugged it in and it was also faulty. Finally on the next dryer we got a winner and drove it home. Terrible customer service. There was not one offer of a way to fix the problem. We love supporting local businesses but this one is banned from our list forever."

"Absolutely the best buying expierance of anything me and my wife have ever bought. Customer service was second to none. Stephanie directed us in buying the best choice of washer and dryer to fit our needs that was no more than gently used and educated me on the pros and cons of each make and model they had to offer. Installation and delivery was on time and done professionally by a very knowledgable tech named Shane who installed and removed our old washer and dryer and even paid us for them. So fair price, customer service, and customer satisfaction exceeded all expectations. Thanks guys!"
