"This is Daniels husband I had no idea who this OGByn was but my wife went for a hysterectomy with complications and dr. Helton went way above and beyond to make it as easy for her as possible even though it was harder for him could not even express my gratitude would highly recommend him to anyone that needs an OB/GYN This man had seven surgeries this day and still spent extra time to make it as easy as possible for her thank you Dr. Helton yes highly recommended"
"I chose Dr. Helton because I had used the old practice most of my life and the other Drs had retired. He was very friendly on my visits and I needed surgery. I had to see the urologist to place stents so they would not cut my bladder. I had a emergency come up and was at ER for two nights and was exhausted. I went to change my appoint and was called and told Dr.Helton had refused to do my surgery and it was canceled. I'm still in shock because it was scheduled for July 28th and he got sick with COVID and I could have left the practice instead of wait in pain for my Dr to return. I'm so hurt, worried and scared I dont even care if I go on. He kept saying since I had not seen the urologist, uh I didnt see him in July and I signed my papers. I'm just totally devastated because I already have a disability and have had to juggle everything because I have so few people to drive me when I need surgery. Before this behavior I would have recommended him, now I would NEVER tell anybody to see him and would tell them why. It was plain brutal and cold the way I was treated."
"Dr.Helton treats his patients like family and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He addressed all my concerns. I wrote an email didn’t expect anything back and Monday morning I got a call to come in same day. If you want a doctor that cares he’s the one."
"I have had two surgeries with Dr. Helton and he as been a great doctor. Do expect a long wait time at the office occasionally and a long wait time to have your phone call answered if ever there is a concern. Dr. Helton does seem very attentive to answering questions and very good at what he does."
