"We used Arrow for a client in assisted living and at some point they stopped delivering prescriptions and never called and informed us. When we contacted the pharmacist he was rude and just said that sometimes deliveries just didn’t happen. If you value your health don’t use these health care amateurs!"

"I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Arrow Pharmacy in Carrollton GA, and I must say they are the worst company I have ever encountered. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to proceed with extreme caution. First, despite specifically requesting that they not fill certain prescriptions (including provider canceled prescriptions), they completely disregarded instructions and went ahead with it anyway. They would even charge my card for canceled prescriptions. This lack of respect for a customer's wishes is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for professionalism. To make matters worse, not only did Arrow Pharmacy fill prescriptions against my explicit instructions, but they also took it upon themselves to provide unsolicited medical opinions. As a customer, I expect a pharmacy to adhere to a strict code of conduct and refrain from giving medical advice unless explicitly asked. This breach of trust is not only unethical, but also potentially dangerous. Furthermore, when my wife attempted to transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy, Arrow Pharmacy shockingly refused to cooperate. Their refusal to transfer prescriptions demonstrates a complete disregard for customer convenience and highlights their lack of commitment to providing quality service. In conclusion, my experience with Arrow Pharmacy in Carrollton, GA has been nothing short of a nightmare. They fill prescriptions against customer instructions, provide unrequested medical opinions, and refuse to transfer prescriptions. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable pharmacies in the area that prioritize customer satisfaction and adhere to professional standards."

"While the delivery option is awesome, the service is terrible. Have the time i call i cant understand who im talking to and twice i have paid for my medication and ive still not received it! The 1st time they cancelled it without s reason then said it was suppose to be delivered and never was. The 2nd time i had a delivery date set and it never arrived. Im extremely upset at this point"

"Called Wednesday, spoke with a nice, clearly spoken man. They had my medication and I followed up later that day to make sure the script had been received. Same man, yes they received it. They needed a 24 hour time frame to fill the medication. It’s Friday, I paid for a courier tip and my medication hasn’t been delivered. Call the pharmacy; on hold for multiple minutes, call back and Sam answers again. His customer service skills are ATROCIOUS. Got transferred to a poorly spoken woman, the medication was sold and they can’t help me. Small town pharmacy? Why are you outsourcing your calls to people who can barely speak proper English? Edit; it’s Sunday now and the courier tip I asked about on Friday that “wasn’t their problem because delivery is free” was charged to my card. Don’t add a tip for the courier because arrow is keeping it. Couple of deliveries a day with tip adds up for them. Bad for those that never get the service."

"What an amazing pharmacy! They work very well with insurance companies and are extremely friendly and competent. Large chain pharmacies can not compete with the level of concierge service Arrow Pharmacy provides. 5+ rating and I highly recommend."
