"Second time at this office and we will never be back. Doors were locked at our appointment time and when we were finally let inside we still waited over a half hour to be seen for a cleaning. We were rescheduled to come in for this visit because the dr would be out of town for our original appointment. Lo and behold no dr was there today either. Not only did she have her teeth cleaned but it was with no doctor present. This location would be a fantastic place for a dental practice."

"Staff was nice and friendly, but I didn’t get a good feel about where the business is heading following the recent acquisition by Sage Dental. When I first came in, I noticed that the complementary coffee and refreshments setup in the lobby was gone. To me this signal cost cutting at the expense of making customers feel welcome. I did not appreciate the strategy to upsell supplementary services to customers during the routine cleaning service. Though I declined the supplementary services, I still had to sign the form to show that the hygienist presented them to me. I do not feel it’s right to sign for something that shows that I am liable for an amount for services I do not want. I noted on the form to only stick with what insurance covers. Lastly, while I understand that the business is in a transition state, This is my first regular cleaning appointment in over 23 years, where the dentist did not take a look after the cleaning to ensure that everything was ok, I feel that corners are being cut but time will tell. "I just cannot say enough about Dr. Patel and his entire staff! He gave me my smile back! I was in so much pain before I visited Sage Dental and Dr. Patel. Now, I can smile with confidence and eat steak again! I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Patel to my family or friends! Thank you!"

"The actual dental work that they did was good, but when I said I was in pain and discomfort during the procedure the dentist told me, “I’m almost done”, then preceded to keep drilling. The entire time I was in so much pain. I now know this is unacceptable for any dental office. A dentist should never keep going after a patient says they are in pain. If you have sensitivities or even if you just need a doctor to listen to you and respect you then this is not the place to go."

"I had a filling come out recently and was in a great deal of pain. I called the office and was worked in for a quick exam, and then worked in for the afternoon with a root canal and double crown prep. I really dislike going to the dentist but here the staff put me at ease and were quite gentle. No pain once I was numbed up, and I had a good experience. I have already scheduled an extended exam to see what else needs to be worked on and am looking forward to getting my teeth back in shape. I will definitely recommend this practice to others."
