Jade Nails Salon

"First of all, Jade Nails isn't even my main nail salon that I go to. I went there because my favorite, main nail salon, (Dream Nails in Kennesaw), didn't have a particular gold chrome/metallic color that I wanted. But Jade Nails had that particular color in stock. So I ended up cheating on my main nail salon/nail technician and went to Jade Nails in order to get this particular gold chrome/metallic color that I so desperately wanted. Tim was my technician at Jade Nails. My nail polish started chipping away the moment I left the salon and hopped inside my Jeep. So I got out my car and told Tim that a few of my nails needed to be fixed. He kindly fixed the chipped nails. I asked Tim what to do if they chipped again. He said to call him. Two days later, 8 of the polish on my nails started chipping away again. I called Tim and he told me that he would fix them free of charge. So that's what ended up happening. And guess what, the very next day, the polish on my nails chipped away again. I didn't even bother to go back for a third time to get them fixed. I'll just never visit this salon ever again. $70 wasted and gone down the drain!! This is what I get for cheating on my main nail salon. I'm going to stick with who I know is good and never leave Dream Nails ever again. Lol."

"Nailcolor washed away after day 1, worst service ever on nails! Skin around is also damaged, worker doesn't know how to communicate, so lots of confusion with selecting color n cut."

"They did a wonderful job!!! Was close to my location and did not disappoint! It was an easy location to find and a friendly inviting environment. The people who did my nails were really nice and considerate. They helped me pick out a nail color that I couldn’t seem to decide on my own. We had a lovely conversation while they did my nails. My nails turned out really pretty and I’m super happy with the results. It was a pleasant relaxing experience. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new good Nail place. I know how hard it can be to find a good place, and I personally will definitely be returning. They also helped remove my ingrown toenails with no pain, which can sometimes occur at other places."

"I have been going to the owners of this salon for over 17 years and my nails have never looked better. I watch other girls do their nails every week or two. The owner does my nails and I can go 5 weeks. During the mandatory shut down while everyone else was taking their nails off mine stayed on and in good shape. I will never go anywhere else."

"Very nice salon; clean, cozy and relaxing. Kimmi gave me two gel manicures and 1 full set of acrylics. She is super friendly and cares about her customers. When I showed her the reviews she had received on Yelp and Google from her customer's she nearly became emotional. She's very grateful for all that she has and for her customers. I rate 4 stars only because I'm a cost conscious shopper and the costs of service at this shop are higher than I usually pay. I still come to this shop to have my nails done, but I don't come as often as I would. My cost breakdown today: $35. acrylic (full set), $25. gel polish, $5.00 glitter stripe and $5.00 for snowflakes. I can't afford this every 2 weeks otherwise I'd be there religiously."
