"A great experience was had at this salon. I found Bestie Vibes on Instagram and Started DM to ask a lot of questions about the style I wanted to get (Shoulder Length Bohomien Style). They answered each question promptly for me and their website for booking the appointment was a breeze as well. I still had questions and ended up speaking directly to the braider and the owner and both of them were very informative. I scheduled my appointment for Monday 1/15/2024 @ 10am and received an email reminder of my appointment (which was great) and a call the morning of my appointment. When I got there, I was greeted with a friendly hello from Ayesha and she immediately went to work on my head! She was very informative and took no time to get me the correct hairstyle! When I say I’m so happy with my hair and experience overall with @bestievibes I will definitely be back for my next style with Ayesha. Her work is excellent, precise, top tier and beautiful. It only took five hours which was amazing! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family members. The salon was super neat, clean and spacious!"

"Amazing on my hair the waiting time was normal wait time its a braiding shop!! Not fast food. I see people just came to the reviews just to bash this shop and much hatred and negative mindsets. I read the reviews and still went my braids came out amazing. Plus did a take down and wash. Ask questions before going and before getting service just to be clear that’s common sense people. They carry braiding hair anything extra there’s a hair store up the road I went and got what was needed. No one greeted me formally but that didn’t bother me at all! I spoke and just stated what I was there for. I got great service once in the chair. This is not the shop where I booked online with a list of long rules before going if you want that go to those places have patience I still was out of here in no time. It’s a traditional braiding shop with an upscale look and nice atmosphere. I will be going again."

"LIES AND DISAPPOINTMENT....AGAIN!!!!!!! Not coming back to Bestie Vibes EVER AGAIN!!!! I came here once and was disappointed. DESDA told me she would do my hair and wasn't there when I came. The second time they asked me to give them another chance and she promised she would do my hair. I arrived, and everyone acted as if they were surprised I was there. This time, Desda was there, and still pushed me off on another person. My hair looked no different than if I were to do it myself. I will not fall for it a third time. Then when I'm am leaving, DESDA is available to take my payment and then say, maybe you just don't know what you want. Are you kidding me????!!! I didn't get what I wanted when I walked in and you sat me in someone else's chair. How can you blame the customer for something you didn't make good on? Won't get another dime from me. My hair looked better when I came in. Washed my hair once with shampoo and that was it. $60!!! Don't come here!!!!"

"Overall great experience… I got spring twists and my hair is beautiful… and it didn’t take long for the sweet lady to finish….The shop looks good and definitely gives bestie vibes… I wish they were more detailed on their website though… like about different lengths and prices… instead of just providing the lowest amount “and up”…… and when booking on the website nothing said I would have to provide my own kinky hair.. they have the hair for braids in the shop. Just no kinky….so yeah… just need to update their website… but outside of that 10/10 highly recommended.."
