"Pulled in the parking lot at 11:00 pm While I was parking a customer left the store and right behind her a male clerk came to the door and locked it ...In my car I checked online which states the store closes at 12: 00 am so I continued to get out and go to the door when walking up the doors would not open"

"The CVS personnel who work in the store area at 300 Powder Springs Road have always been courteous and professional. My husband and I have used the pharmacy for 23 years with few complaints, however, within the last two or three years, the pharmacists and techs have rotated in and out on such a regular basis that they don’t know the customers. There is a shortness in the tone of voice used by the pharmacists and techs. There is never a pleasant greeting, only a gruff, “We’ll be with you in a minute.” Do not call the pharmacy because the wait time can be up to 30 minutes or no answer at all. Today the rudeness from the tech and pharmacist was the last straw. If the pharmacist and techs continue to be short and rude as they were today, CVS at Powder Springs Rd. will go out of business. We transferred our prescriptions to a different pharmacy today. This is a sad commentary after having done business with a place for over 23 years!"
"Absolute worst service I've encountered. Their automated refill system is cumbersome and if there's an issue like being out of stock, you won't find out until it's too late. Getting a person on the phone is almost impossible and when you do, they seem purposely unhelpful and almost always extremely rude. Even my doctor's hate dealing with them. This has been true for all the cvs stores in my area."
