"This is the worst daycare I have experienced the owner is very rude and racist she allow my child to be hit on and told me kids are kids if I don’t like it take them else where , a week prior to that they had a male in the kids room my daughter would scream when she seen him I ask to speak to owner about the matter she said she was busy and would have someone look into it the next day he fired which is very scary what was really happening in the class they change staff every month all the owner want is your money she is not for the children I would never recommend anyone to this daycare WORST experience for childcare I every had"
"The owner Kathy Caan is very dismissive and racist! My daughter has been enrolled at this place for a couple of years now and this was my first encounter with the owner. I put my information into the system to check my daughter out and I asked her to open the door so I could get my child, she stated no “ I don’t know you” I say excuse me? She repeated and stated that she don’t know who I have given my code to get my child!!!?? She never asked me for my Identification it took a young lady to vouch for me to be allowed to pick up my child. She go on to say I better be glad the girl knew me. I told her this has to be a consistent thing because I picked my daughter up last week with no problem. I pay for child care and I don’t have to take my child to such Racist owner facility. I will not support this. Her tone towards me was unacceptable!! I feel threaten and I think my child would be mistreated due to nature of this conversation. I wish I could give 0 stars for this encounter with the Owner Kathy Caan!"
"The management team is very reliable here, they do their best to meet my needs and concerns. The most issues they look like they have is from parents wanting to get free childcare but it’s a business not your mom’s house. Stop making it harder for us parents that actually appreciate their services. Thank You KC Family!"
