"Wouldn’t recommend this location! Stay away! Ranch was water based and had no flavor, no fountain drinks just 2 liter Dr.Pepper. My buddy had a hair in his burger and wasn’t comped for it. Instead they brought another and the meat wasn’t fully cooked. Didn’t want to even take it home. Overall for our first time at this location it was terrible. We paid 36.00 for food that would’ve been better some other place. I hate to be that guy that leaves bad reviews but I don’t want to lie to anyone."

"As I arrived took a few minutes before I got seated...the waitress took my order and was great the food was great the manager brought a plate of fries which was ordered but not with my main course which I had ordered which was no problem...I enjoyed my meal thanked my waitress and left her a good tip...glad to see people coming back to work. Thanks for doing your job."

"I am solely disappointed in this location. My first time eating here and probably the worst experience ever. The server gave no utensils and napkins never came back to table. Then I caught a gentlemen cleaning off the table brought me plastic fork and napkin like I was in school not a metal utensil plastic spork! Then my grandson noticed the attitude with the server. The bourbon chicken was salty and minimally portioned. The uncomfortable feeling of feeling like we were the problem. The utensils were dirty even after coming from dishwasher! Then the dress attire is horrible looking at someone’s backside (shirt not tucked) I will never come here again!"

"Ebony the manager was awesome. The chef Charles was top notch...he ran food, provided for special orders...He was everything. TEAM CHARLES!!! Great personality. We love Charles. Catalina was a great server. Great dinner experience in covington. In town for Bill Pickett rodeo."
