Goodwill Thrift Store & Donation Center

"I used to shop at this goodwill since 2018 and it has gone downhill so bad. They are starting to price stuff like it was new like retail stores. They get donated items and mark them up to close to retail price and it’s disgusting. Shoes are in nasty condition and they still want $10-20 just cause they are brand name. Furniture is severely used and they still want $40+ for it. $.99 Mondays are just items that are not even worth .99, and the week before it looks like they rotate those colors to make sure nothing good goes on for $.99. There employees here are also rude. They goodwill spends more money on making the checkout lanes look like retail stores instead of focusing on the fact that people come here to find affordable clothing but now can’t even do that. Toys and other house items are marked up and they help each other buy stuff that’s on the floor. I’ve seen a man that goes there almost every other day that I’m pretty sure is a reseller. And he works with the employees because I always see him talking to them as friends and they always bring him stuff out from the back. Once I saw him with a whole cart full of a certain type of plush and he was taking pictures of them and looking them up. After I saw this behavior I stopped shopping here. They raise the prices to avoid resellers but yet they still support them. Avoid shopping here at all cost. They raise prices and still have the audacity to ask you to round up your purchase."

"When you call the so called manager which I don't think he really is sounds so depressed about his s job. When the so called manager answered the phone he pused and huffed saying Goodwill. Now I have never heard of a manager who talks like that, definitely reporting this because apparently he hats his job and sounds like he is sad. When I told him sound sad he got mad , very professional."

"Way too overpriced for donated goods that aren't even usually worth the price its a thrift store lower your clothing prices and stop charging 200 for messed up furniture like entertainment stands. I also fi d it suspicious that theor color of the week items are usually in very poor condition and how they only ever mark things out of season. It was impossible to find clothes for a 4 year old with the cold weather we have had bc they're never marked for color of the week."

"I’m giving this store 5 stars simply because the restroom was so fresh and clean. I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely lady in charge, Ms. Wanda. She’s so sweet and takes really good care of the building. She needs a raise!"
