"The Hiram location is always problematic. I spent about $300 and I noticed that I was charged a different price than what was advertised on the shoes. It was about. $40. When I went back to ask not even 2 minutes after purchase I was told they couldn’t give them to me for the sticker price THEY PUT ON THE SHOES but they could refund it. I just took the refund and that just reminded me why I try to steer clear of this store."
"My 'Ready for Pick Up' email came a few hours after I submitted and paid for the order. A few hours after that, I arrived at the store, called inside for curbside pick up which is what was clearly stated in my email. First the young man says he doesn't have my order. When I asked why I would have received an email telling me the order was ready, he said he didn't know. Then he says, well we don't have curb side service. My email clearly provided that as an option. So which one is it, you can't find my order? Or are you simply to lazy to go and bring it out? Then he claims he can't hear me. I hung up, aggravated, go into the store. No one even said hello. I had to say I was there for my order to even be addressed, though there were no other customers in the store at all. It took three people who were doing absolutely nothing (2 black males and what looked to be either a biracial or young woman of Latin decent), all of 60 seconds to get my order from the back. Mind you, 5 min prior, I was told they didn't even HAVE the order. That entire staff needs to be let go and the manager needs to learn how to hire. I would give zero stars if I could."

"I would like to first start by saying the store is very welcoming and clean! I was assisted by 2 associates, and a manager all 3 were super pleasant and made my shopping experience a breeze! I went to get my daughter a pair of shoes and left with more than one pair just from being treated so nicely! Keep up the good work!"
"Mya the store manager is terrible. She targeted my pregnant sister as a shop lifter. And sent all of her info out to different people and stores. And when my sister confronted her. All she did was hang up. This store is getting sued to the fullest."
