“Had a great experience in store today with your sales guy Evan all shops could do with a few more like him an absolute pleasure to deal with. We purchased a bed just over 2 weeks ago along with a mattress and delivery. The sales advisor on the day assured us that the bed would be in stock on the 18th and delivered thereafter. However the bed was not due in and only that I called to check on the status of delivery etc I would not of been aware. However after numerous fone calls and no joy I made a visit to the store and here has it the wonderful Evan. Polite and mannerly easy to talk to dealt with our issue quickly and efficiently offered an alternative and got into it straight away. Also returned my call quickly and respectably a while later when I rang to confirm our previous conversation... A gem in a huge industry. Thank you.”
