“I joined ROM 3 months ago and did the 12 week program with Carley. Her attention to detail was unbelievable. I explained I had an injury I was worried about and she made sure to cater the workouts for me and always provided alternative exercises. She provided me with a nutrition plan with numerous recipes that are so easy to make and delicious. The facilities are top of the range. You won't find anywhere better around Ireland. I would recommend anyone to ROM and definitely get in contact with Carley she knows what she talking about and will always be in constant contact to make sure you are achieving your goals and to help you in anyway she can.”

“We went for a night but stayed for a week!! This hostel went well beyond my expectations. Amazing, helpful staff, always smiling and willing to help. Very comfortable rooms, ideal location and a great 'home away from home'. My family and I had a truly magical time here, we received such a warm welcome from the get go. Zuhé, Mariana and all the team are such a delight. The hostel, lodge & facilities were kept clean and well maintained at all times. The location couldn't be better right beside the beautiful beach & mountains of Strandhill. We were initially due to stay for 1 night, but really wanted to stay longer. Zuhé very kindly gave me access to a computer so that I could work (from my new home!!). This then gave us the opportunity to stay for longer. We booked surf lessons almost every day with their brilliant instructors - it's a must!! We met some wonderful people and made new friends. I should mention also that I left my watch behind and the team spent time searching for it and returned it to me safely... these guys go above and beyond the call of duty!! Thank you again :D”
