"They are the worst! I first went to the Davie location, they try to get you with the contract SO BE CAREFUL! Since I had a bad experience there I gave them another chance in the Plantation location. I paid my monthly fee, I had to reschedule my visit because I was in the hospital recently. I made an apt. today and the manager Jackie canceled my membership yesterday without telling me anything .. knowing my situation because they made a note that I won't be able to keep the contract agreement due to my medical condition. I go today and they tried to charge me $120, when I already paid my month, I didn't even fight about getting a refund. Obviously all this was done on purpose, I got no courtesy call -- Nothing!! Last thing I want is go to a place to get stressed out, I was going to get some relaxation after my hospital stay -- Total opposite. Horrible experience with both locations/management. Told all my friends not to think about going to ANY Massage Envy. They agree!"
