"This hospital use to be great, I gave birth to my daughter there 5 years ago and the staff were extremely hospitable. My daughter has asthma and every once in a while I’d have to take her to the ER. Our last experience there was completely ridiculous. The nurse was rude, you could see clearly my daughter was having difficulty breathing and telling me while she was in there she couldn’t breathe. I also told them she was coughing so hard that she would throw up. Still they told me there was nothing they could do, no cough medicine, nothing. They ran no test, no blood work, nothing to see if there was anything for a toddler struggling to breathe. To add insult to injury, the nurse loudly said in the hallway that we were wasting his time. I don’t know who’s in charge of the hiring process, but the staff is unethical and they’re definitely going to cause a couple of preventable deaths."

"I need someone to help me make sense of this, because I was told by the nurse that she has to go now she don’t have time for this. I also worked in the health care. I have two boys and took one to the ER checked him in under his correct name only to realize that his discharge paper and armband was under his brother name. So all the patient test was recorded in their system under his brother’s name and the nurse tells me it’s not a problem. If am to request the patient records I would be receiving his brother’s records instead because it was the patient first time there and a chart was never created."

"very good hospital I have good experiences a companion had two babies here and the truth excellent care the part of motherhood very good very attentive everything organized and clean the food not the best because hospitals is not the richest in the world but doctors were very good Attentive to excellent nurses"
