"WORST MRI OFFICE EVER! The only reason I gave them one star is because of the amazing tech who did the scan! She was patient and sweet! The rest….forget it! They gave me a disk with nothing on it, when I got to my ortho appointment I called them to tell them, no sense of urgency to correct the problem at all! I went to get a new desk and the front desk girl told me “it’s not ready, I didn’t tell you to come get it!” Then after waiting 2 hours, I got the correct disk! It gets worse! The report from the radiologist was wrong not once but 3 times causing my surgery to be DENIED by my insurance company….leaving me to pay $7700 out of pocket for a very necessary rotar cuff repair surgery! One of their reports referenced my ankle when it was my shoulder! I contacted the manager who refunded the $250 for the mri and that was it! No call from the owner as requested or any other reimbursement for the cost of the surgery! Terrible customer, attention to detail and follow up!!!! They should’ve at least offered to make it right! Never again and I’ll shout it from the rooftops….DONT GO THERE!"

"This place is terrible, took over 30 days to give me an appointment cuz the girl didn't understand that i can only do afternoon appointments and she kept giving me morning appointments. Finally I am given a afternoon appointment, I arrived early and asked if i could be seen before my appointment, if not I would come back later. I was told i was next and someone else came in and they took him before me. She tells me that i came early and need to wait, i understand i came early but i asked if i could be seen before my appointment. Terrible place"

"I went to get an MRI on my knee today. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! The staff was very professional and friendly. I felt very catered to. The tech even gave me a blanket and tucked my feet in so I wouldn’t get cold. GREAT experience!"
