"if I can give it a zero star I would. I had an appointment on Friday. I notified when I walked in it was very full, I understand the office can get busy and full. Thankfully I was treated by someone who was very sweet. There was a TECH who was super rude, nasty, disrespectful & didn’t know how to communicate with anyone. She is very unprofessional and she yelling at the only front desk person that was there. I believe when you at short staff at your work place, I believe you should be able to work together that way things can go smoothly. I don’t think she is a great team player, she does not know how to work with others. thankfully the front desk lady made things smoother even though she was alone"

"I had an appointment of Friday evening, I was greeted by a sweet young lady by the name Maria. She was super nice, respectful and made my check in process very smooth. she has great communication & answered every question I had. The lobby was full and I can tell she was very short staffed. She was able to keep things smooth, collective and has a lot of patience."

"I called about a month ago to make an appointment for some xrays. They gave me tat night 7:20 pm app; and the day came and I went to this office on Broward blvrd and they told me I do not have any appointment made. Incompetence, lack of organization, lack of costumer service, lack of professionalism, they did lie to me I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY AT ALL THEY SUCK BIG TIME"

"The front desk was organized and checking in went smoothly. However, there was a really long wait before my husband was called in for his procedure. He had to fast for the procedure and was scheduled for 1:00 pm. We were early, but at 2:00 we were still waiting. They need to work on wait time."

"I have been going to Akumin for many, many years for various procedures. The staff is wonderful. They're very polite, knowledgeable and try very hard to help patients. The imaging equipment is always the newest and best on the market. The staff makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. The only negative I have to report is they are so good that so many patients use them, sometimes there is a long wait."
