"Recently, I had the opportunity to indulge in a massage at the Hard Rock Casino Spa, with the talented therapist Valentina. From the moment I walked through the door, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and luxury. Valentina greeted me with a warm and professional smile, guiding me through the available treatment options. I opted for a full-body relaxation massage, and I must say it was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. During the session, Valentina demonstrated exceptional mastery of massage techniques. Her ability to find and relieve tension points was truly impressive. Every movement was fluid and precise, and I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated under her expert hands. In addition to her technical skill, Valentina also created a welcoming and relaxing environment. The soft music and dim lighting contributed to the luxurious spa experience, while her professional and friendly attitude made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. After the massage, I felt like I was floating on a cloud. My body felt light, and my mind was completely tranquil. It was truly a rejuvenating experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for an escape from daily stress. "I loved my experience here. This is my new favorite spa. All the personnel were extremely nice, however, I would love to say that Angela went above and beyond. She was amazing and attended us with great pleasure. She is so sincere and amazing. My massage therapist was Brenda (I believe that was her name) and she was great. The spa itself was very clean and beautiful. There is a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna on the women’s. In the coed part, there’s a pool, a cold jacuzzi and a larger sauna. There are day beds and lounge chairs throughout. There was also a fire pit area. It was divine."

"Best spa in the Miami area, the massage was done by Alex soft medium, no purples extremely relaxing. The Cold plunged is such a surprise, they have also a sauna, regular pool, and jacuzzi in the same area. Plus there is also a sauna and jacuzzi just for women. Magical experience."

"Horrific nail experience. I went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I came out disgusted. My nails are in worse shape than they were when I walked in. I asked them to remove the polish after the treatment because the results were terrible. They refunded the services, but only gave 48 hours to redeem the points elsewhere. My nails are now super short, brittle, crooked, dry and cracked. The picture with no polish is AFTER the services. My toes are painful and they will take weeks to grow out. As a high limit Hard Rock player, I will never come back."

"The staff members were soo accommodating, I felt welcome, relaxed revitalized and I didn't even get a massage, my mom did. I rated them a four star only because of the salon, mixed African hair is not part of their knowledge, and although the stylist was very nice, she 100 percent lacked the knowledge and experience in that field."
