Liliana and Natalia listened to my concerns and immediately knew how to help. "HORRIBLE NEW OWNERS (July 2023). ALMOST HAD TO CALL THE POLICE. THEY DEMANDED MY NAME, PHONE, etc. FOR CASH PAYMENT OR WOULD NOT LET ME PAY & LEAVE. I REFUSED AND SAID I WOULD NOT BE HELD HOSTAGE. Finally the receptionist accepted my cash and gave me change so I could tip the hairdresser, but it was a horrible, scary, intrusive experience. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN AMERICA. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE GOING BACK TO THAT SALON AFTER 20+ YEARS WITH THIS HAIR DRESSER."
