"The staff is rude, uncaring, completely unprofessional! My daughter went in to refill a prescription and was unable to but that was not what was bad, a female staff worker behind the counter shrugged her shoulders at her and laughed as my daughter cried from withdrawal. I have worked at Jamaica hospital for 18 years and I have never heard of such disrespect for a patient in such a condition. I am filled with anger and will hold them accountable for her actions. The one pharmacist I spoke to acknowledged that she did laugh at my daughter and treated her with such disregard. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will report them to whom ever I can, this should never happen to another person looking for help again."
