"If I could give zero stars to this business, I would! I made appointment on a Friday asking for a specific provider which was totally ignored and the young lady named Kia made an appointment for my son with Dr. Michael Dressing which was not who I requested to see. She informed me that we needed a referral from the pediatrician and I kindly explain to her that my son was not seen by the pediatrician, he was seen at the emergency room in Pembroke Pines, Memorial West. She informed me that he still needed a referral from the pediatrician so I told her okay. She scheduled the appointment and that was the end of the conversation. My son’s appointment day comes and I went on a whirlwind trying to get the referral to their office. I told him it takes me an hour to get there and they were not able to confirm they received it. I called again on my way there and still nothing. We arrive to his appointment around 3 PM and his appointment was for 3:30 PM. We walk in and immediately told we need to wear a mask and my son was handed two masks. Meanwhile I brought my daughter with me because she had to come with me. They tried to tell me she was not allowed to be with us and they only allow one patient back at a time. They suggested my 10-year-old daughter sitting in the lobby other facility to wait for me. They then suggested someone to pick her up because she couldn’t go back. After I told them I was not leaving because it took me an hour to get there and my son needed to be seen, the manager came out very rude. She told me it’s “frowned upon with more than one patient in the room.” I asked her how it was frowned upon when we are wearing masks to protect our self. I proceeded to check in after they okayed my daughter to stay with us and I asked the girl at the front desk if they received the referral and she said “YES.” Before completing the paperwork, we were taken to the room where are the office manager or nurse by this time came in and triage him with concerns. No wait taken, blood pressure not checked, nothing!! About five minutes later the doctor came in and said they had the referral but the pediatrician office did not check off the code for the x-ray that was needed so he took an x-ray of a different area which was not a concern and basically told my kid he’s fine that he probably just sprained or bruised his “hand.” Meanwhile we were just in the ER on July 1 and that doctor there classified it as a salter hair is fracture in the forearm. Makes me think! He basically took the heart splint off my son that went from his hand all the way to his elbow and told him he can just wear a Velcro arm brace during the day and nothing at night. He told us to return in two weeks for a follow up. The appointment was over in less than 20 minutes. I get to check out and the young lady that checked me and asked if I could send her the referral because they never received it… Really? I thought you guys had it and your doctor even said he looked at it and that my sons pediatrician didn’t mark off the correct code for the x-ray so we couldn’t take the x-ray. The girl that was checking us out said to make an appointment for two weeks and then she reminded me by saying “don’t forget your daughter cannot come next time because we only allow one patient back.” IS THIS REAL LIFE??? I told her we won’t be back!!! In all honesty I wish I read the reviews below before bringing my child to this facility and not only wasting a day by leaving work early but wasting all of our time. I do NOT recommend this place!!!!!"

"Single mom with two children and my daughter couldn’t see the doctor because I had my 5 year old with me with no other options. Would have been a nice heads up being that I had to already take off of work to come out of my way for this appointment the first place. Guess not everyone has good employers that are child friendly. So much for living up to Joe DiMaggios name."

"I literally had to get out of work and come here to to help my wife with the kids because they will not allow my daughter (Patient) with her siblings. We were not even allowed to wait in the waiting room. So we pay tons of money for their service, on top of that I lose money/hours of work because I had to come here. May be a good place for people to come by themselves or people who can afford to leave their other kids with a babysitter. But definitely not a friendly place for a Stay-home mother with more than 1 kid."

"This is an amazing office! They were able to see us the same day we called for an appointment. The staff was nice and went way beyond there duties to help us. Dr. Jeremy S. Frank and his assistant were great, they explained everything and made my daughter feel comfortable during the whole process."
