"Had my oldest bring my daughter there and was 10 min early my daughter has taken her to the clinic before because I work and the nurse would see her and my daughter felt horrible. I could have filled out the form and faxed it being I was working at the Walgreens pharmacy down the street and she said it was too late to do. I had 30 minutes but she refused very unprofessional! I have had great service at the one in Cooper City but the times I have been and now her at this location is horrible as a Walgreens employee I expect better. Now she had to wait an hour to be taken to the ER!"

"AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The health service here is beyond appalling. They have absolutely no regard for fairness or transparency when it comes to billing our insurance for the services provided. I made the mistake of going there to have a simple surgical stitch removed from a tiny mole. As soon as I inquired about the cost to the nurse, she dismissively told me to wait for my insurance health message. However, prior to my visit, I had seen on their website that physical injury services were priced at $89.00 - $109.00. Naturally, I assumed I would be charged somewhere within this range. But imagine my shock when I received a staggering bill of $416.00 for a procedure that took less than a minute to complete. Out of this exorbitant amount, $350.00 was labeled as "SURGERY" and $66.00 for supplies (which amounted to a single bandage). Had I known this at the time, I would have never set foot in that place. Naturally, I decided to appeal the claim, hoping for a review of this outrageous charge. However, to my utter dismay, they completely ignored my request. Their treatment of customers is despicable, making this THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE."

"Honestly don't go to U health clinics they are all scams. I went because I had a horrible cough the nurse didn't even see me for more than 5 minutes and diagnosed me then submitted a charge for 4 times the length of what I actually stayed. After fighting with customer service I am still being told they agree with the nurse and I have to pay. Will reach out to my insurance for more information and to call out their insurance fraud actions. This is the last time I use U Health clinics as all the clinics I have tried did the same thing with similar outcomes. I always have to go to an urgent care to actually get help and right diagnosis. For the hassle save your time go to an urgent care or wait out the sickness cause U Health won't help you just cause more pain and waste your time."

"Went for a Covid-rapid test to U-Health at Walgreens and they tried to squeeze me through a full health check to milk my insurance plus a copayment of 20 $. When I refused to sign consenting for treatment they cut off the visit and did not even give me the test results. A typical “health care” scam as there are too many. The attending personnel were only registered nurses, not even doctors. I bought the rapid Covid test for 20$ at the same Walgreens facility and tested myself: result negative!"
