"I would highly recommend Baptist healthcare urgent care. I did feel that the wait was a little bit long, but since I had no urgent problems, maybe other people had higher priority The doctor who helped me was excellent. She explained very well what my problem was, and provided some simple solution that didn’t even need any prescription. I followed her instructions and I’m feeling already much better. This after struggle with my little problem for seven days. She took all the time I needed to work with me. I never felt rushed. The office personnel was great working with me on the paperwork and insurance. The atmosphere was nice and the people working there really care about you."

"I feel like the physician listened to me. I think it would be better for the physician, not the nurse, to meet with me before tests. It might have saved the cost of an x-ray. The medicine did not help as much as I would like, but the doctor was clear that I might need to go to the ER for further tests. Everyone was very nice. The electronic register did not pick up, which kept me waiting 20 extra minutes. But they called in my prescription, which was nice."

"Bianca, Rachel and Jaclyn are the most sweetest and caring nurses ever. They made me feel comfortable, helped me relaxed with jokes, and did an amazing job. They are great putting in IV's, explaining anything you don't understand, and are consistently checking up on how you are feeling. Dr. Stanley is great and helped me get back on my feet after a horrible sick night. Thank you so much, 100% recommend!!!"

"This is the best urgent care anywhere. My family and I have been going there for years, and every single time, the staff is amazing, the check in and out process is easy and quick, and the wait time is always short. The nurses and doctors are so nice, caring, and thorough. I kind of consider them my primary care doctors at this point, because I'd much rather go there than go to my own doctor! I made the mistake of going to a different urgent care that was a little closer, but I was told the wait would be about 3 hours, so I left and vowed never to go anywhere else ever again! If you're in need of urgent care, Baptist Health in the Weston Town center is hands down the best there is!"

"Given that our PCP and specialists are oftentimes booked up to three months in advance of any health need, Baptist Health Urgent Care in Weston has been a lifesaver for us—literally. The front desk/triage staff, nurses, physician assistants, account/billing rep via their tablet—everyone we’ve come in contact with during multiple visits this year has been a Godsend. The other thing I absolutely love is their prescription “vending machine” that eliminates the extra stop at the pharmacy on the way back home to rest."
