"My girlfriend's mother has been in since Thursday. They need to step up their game. The care needs to be better. I get that they are understaffed. But this is unexeptible. There needs to be more nurses hired. A 1 star rating is too good of a rating."

"There’s alot of bad reviews on here but my daughter had surgery here she got 8 crowns and 4 pulpotomy’s done and the staff was so welcoming and my daughter neverrr likes strangers she usually hisses at them lol but she loved the staff! They made her feel comfortable enough to want to go back to surgery alone without me with no cries or no fighting , she still talks about how she loved the staff and the doctor that did it! Thank you guys for fixing my daughters teeth and making sure she was comfortable in the process."

"Front desk lady was incredibly caring and helpful. The wait was not great but not awful. An hour to get called back thought it was mildly busy. Once in a room a nurse with no interest in or concern for me ran through her questions for me without even looking at me while making jokes with another nurse who came in to get something from under the sink. When she finished her questioning she told me the dr would be with me when he could. Over an hour later without seeing anyone I went and politely asked the nurse at the desk if she knew about how long the wait might be and she very rudely informed me “It’s going to be a while. I’ve got every room full and the waiting room.” I will never be back here. The nurses are rude and disrespectful. ZERO bedside manner or respect for their jobs. Do better chipley."

"This has got to be the worst hospital in the entire United States! From personal experience, I was told by their general surgeon Dr. Berry that I was too young to have a colonoscopy done because he was too lazy to read my chart and see that I've been having issues that required that procedure every 5 years. Then after the procedure the hospital tries to commit fraud by double billing my insurance and when my insurance refused to pay the double billing, the hospital tried to send me the bill for the extra. I'm a 100% disabled veteran, that's not how this works, your billing issues go through the VA. Then while here for a different appointment, I overheard a conversation where the same general surgeon ordered a gallbladder scan for a person who doesn't even have a gallbladder, and that information is in their chart. DON'T HAVE SURGERY AT THIS HOSPITAL, IT MAY BE YOUR LAST!"

"Horrible hospital waiting time takes forever when there’s barley anyone here. They say all the rooms are taken up but you can tell that there is no one in the room cause they have the doors open with the lights off the lady with the blue working set on is the most rudest person you’ll ever meet. A lady just left the upset and she sat there and gossiped with all the people in the front desk"
