"I was a client of Dr Judy. I have been seeing her since I moved to Chipley. I had 2 separate incidents with regard to medications, I would called talk to nurse and would be told Dr. Judy had message and would call me back. On both occasions I received no call back. The 2nd incident was an emergency. I told nurse it was emergency there had be issues we medication. I called 3 times that day talked to nurse . I was told she had message and would call me after she was done with clients. I ended up getting hold of my primary care doctor. Thankfully he returned my call and was able to help me."
"The office is located in Suite 5 of the annex located to the left of the hospital, within the hospital parking lot. I've been using Fl Therapy Services for 4 years and am happy with the staff and services provided."
