"My mom and brother each have a unit here. It is beautiful. There are four buildings and there are units on the second third and fourth floors of each. Each building will do events, such as potlucks, on their own so you get to know your neighbors. There is a fountain in the middle of each building on the first floor. There is a nice clubhouse, where I got married, and a pool, hot tub, games and pool table. I'm sure there's a lot more. Right now the HOA fee is approximately $500 a month. If I could afford it I would live here in an instant."
"My Grandfather lives here. I was there visiting him last week. This is a lovely community. He's been there since it was first built. The grounds and common areas are just as cleaned and pretty as they were at the start."
