"Very nice people. The motel had just been hit by a hurricane so the room ratings will go up as repairs get made. There are mango trees right next to the place and palm trees nobody bithers you and it is safe. We left thousands of dollars worth of tools and equipment in are truck at night. No problems at all. And the owners are a very nice family."

"Staying here currently. There is a good bit of ambient noise in the room, but nothing that's going to prevent me from sleeping at all. Pretty sure it's the manager, but they were around at nearly midnight to check us in, since we're working on a catastrophe team. Very friendly. They were affected by the storm, it appears a few rooms have selected the "skylight" option, as they no longer have a roof. I wish them luck on their rebuild. Shampoo and shower gel in a clean and neat little dispenser in the shower - which was perfect since I totally forgot it when I went to Walmart. Updated room that appears and smells clean with what I'd imagine is working satellite TV under normal non post Hurricane conditions. This seems like the best bang for the buck if you're looking for a place to stay at. Bed is comfortable. Definitely wasn't expecting something this nice looking at the damage done by the storm! We're good to go."

"Thank you for such a nice stay! Everything here is great! Right off 41 and close to everything. Rooms are renovated and very nice! Very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Their attention to detail shows they care about the comfort and enjoyment of the guests. Like how the corners of the bed platform have matching foam cushions so you don't hurt your shin. Everything matches, and there are chairs and tables right outside the porch area of each room to enjoy the cool mornings and evenings in the shade. Staff here is excellent, owner is great, and their love for their property really shows. Many successful hotel chains are not up to this standard and could take a lesson from American Inn. I would 100% recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!"
