"We brought our RV and boat. Were able to dock our boat right by our campsite. Friendly staff and neighbors. Some permanent residents and some temporary. Really enjoying our stay here. Laundry facilities, pool tables, swimming pool, fishing and access to the Gulf from our spot. Our travel trailer is a bit large for here at 37ft but they let us take up several spaces due to being off season. There is a few spots for larger RVs. Very peaceful and relaxing here. Private boat ramp and a place to store your boat trailer while here also."
"A good friend of mine lives here I've been seeing a lot of time over there he seems everybody is pretty nice and peaceful The only thing I can say bad is you will get lost in this place very easily look at it on Google maps from the air. BUT really nice place to live."
"Stayed here as we were passing through the area. Office was very helpful in finding us a site. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evening and talking to the friendly residents. Definitely will stay again!"
"As a guest of a permanent resident: manatees in the canals and fishing right outside our back door; absolutely beautiful and functional community area includes huge pool and shaded jacuzzi, nearby are an entertainment center (music and TV) and bathrooms (spacious and relatively clean) and even a kitchenette; a pool lift for disabled visitors but I've never actually seen it in use; several huge areas with ample tables and seating (thick cushioned couches, chairs at regular and hightop tables, and loungechairs) for relaxing and lounging covered in shade and out in the sun; also shuffleboard and I think tennis or pickleball nearby; some 2nd floor screened-in seating overlooking pool, and indoor community rooms with AC, I believe a pool table and a chess table too; mostly friendly atmosphere but please ignore the grumpy older residents that scowl and try to make you feel like you don't belong."
